Help Me Tom! - Installation

Help Me Tom! is an online resource for realtime assistance from the technicians at Tom's Computer Guys during regular business hours.

First, call Tom's Computer Guys at 636-255-0788. Then, please follow the steps below to install and begin using Help Me Tom! on your computer.

1. Call Tom's Computer Guys at 636-255-0788.
2. Click to Download the RemoteAssist Installer.
   • A window similar in appearance to this will appear.
     
3. Click "Save File."
4. Once the file has been downloaded, click it, either from your downloads list, or from the location in which you saved it.

5. Click "Next."
• A window similar in appearance to this will appear.
  
6. Mark the button "I accept the terms in the license agreement.
7. Click "Next."
   • A window similar in appearance to this will appear.
     
8. Click "Next" or select a different location and click "Next."
   • A window similar in appearance to this will appear.
     
9. Click "Install."
10. The InstallShield Wizard will take over, possibly slowing your computer down for several minutes as it configures and installs.
11. When it is done, your computer screen may flicker. This is normal.
    • A window similar in appearance to this will appear.
      
12. Click "Finish"
