Help Me Tom! - Use

Help Me Tom! is an online resource for realtime assistance from the technicians at Tom's Computer Guys during regular business hours. Please follow the steps below to begin using Help Me Tom! on your computer.

installation | use

  1. If you have not yet, CALL TOM'S COMPUTER GUYS at 636-255-0788. You are being asked for a password that will be given to you when you call.
  2. Locate the LapLink RemoteAssist Client in the folder where you installed it.
  3. Click the file to open.
    • A window similar in appearance to this may appear.

    • If this window pops up, click "Unblock."
    • A window similar in appearance to this will appear.

  4. From this point on, you will be directed by your tech at Tom's Computer Guys.
