Computer Tune Up

$99 - Our most popular computer repair service includes ad-ware removal, spy-ware removal, complete virus check and repair, Microsoft critical updates installation, hard drives scanning for errors and fragmentation, optimization of Start-Up options, and removal of garbage files that are clogging up your hard drive. Tune Up also includes installation of software help in preventing future infections.

Bonus: With every computer repair tune-up, Tom's Computer Guys will also clean the inside and outside of your computer!

In Shop Computer Repair and Service

$60/hour - ½ hour minimum - This is the rate for computer repair in our store, during our regular business hours.

On Site Computer Repair and Service

$90/hour - 1 hour minimum - This is the rate for computer repair at your location during our regular business hours.

Server

$100/hour - 1 hour minimum - This is the rate for server repair.

Emergency Rate

$135/hour - 1 hour minimum - This includes any work done outside of regular business hours.

Remote Computer Repair and Service

$1/minute - This is the rate for our "Rescue Me, Tom!" online computer repair service. Please note, you must call before trying to log in.

Computer Pick-Up for Repair

$30 - This is the charge for our Technician to pick up your device from your location in order to perform work in our store. Note: Additional distance charges may apply at technician's discretion.

Computer Drop-Off

$30 - This is the charge for our Technician to return your device to your location after computer repair service is complete. Note: Additional distance charges may apply at technician's discretion.
